These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all pest control, wildlife control, exclusion, insulation, and related services provided by Silver Bullet Pest Control (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, authorizing, or allowing services to be performed, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Services may include residential and commercial pest control, insect control, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion work, inspections, insulation removal and replacement, and preventative treatments. Services are performed based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and may not address hidden or inaccessible infestations.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visual inspections and information available at the time of service.
  • Pricing may change if additional infestations, access issues, or structural conditions are discovered.
  • Estimates are not guarantees of total cost unless stated in writing.
  • Additional services requested by the Customer will be billed separately.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  • Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection fees, interest, and administrative costs.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

4. Service Warranties & Guarantees

  • Any warranty or guarantee is limited to the specific service provided and duration stated on your invoice or service agreement.
  • Warranties do not cover new infestations, reinfestations due to structural defects, sanitation issues, or conditions beyond our control.
  • Rodent and wildlife services do not guarantee permanent elimination due to environmental factors.
  • Chemical and treatment effectiveness may vary based on customer cooperation and site conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Follow all preparation and post-service instructions.
  • Maintain proper sanitation and structural integrity.
  • Disclose known hazards, including pets, aggressive animals, and unsafe conditions.

Failure to comply may void warranties and limit service effectiveness.

6. Wildlife & Rodent Services Disclaimer

Wildlife behavior is unpredictable. While we take reasonable measures to remove animals and prevent re-entry, Silver Bullet Pest Control does not guarantee that animals will not return. Damage caused by animals after service completion is not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Silver Bullet Pest Control shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or structural defects.

8. Property Damage

While reasonable care is taken, some services may require drilling, sealing, trapping, or access to confined spaces. The Company is not responsible for cosmetic damage or unavoidable disturbances resulting from necessary service procedures.

9. Health & Safety

  • Treatments may involve pesticides or exclusion materials approved for professional use.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping people and pets away from treated areas as instructed.
  • The Company is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow instructions.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to a service or trip fee.
  • Weather, safety concerns, or access issues may require rescheduling.

11. Refusal of Service

Silver Bullet Pest Control reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, hostile behavior, non-payment, or non-compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within New Jersey.
